Principle of hydrogenation reactor
1. working principle
Hydrogen, catalyst and materials are fully mixed through high-speed stirring, so as to achieve the effect of rapid reaction.
2.Structural composition
reaction kettleThe lower part of the kettle body is equipped with a gas distributor, and hydrogen is fully mixed with materials from bottom to top through the gas distributor.
3.Mixing form
Generally, the self-priming combined impeller is used, specifically, the lower layer adopts the propulsion impeller, the middle layer adopts the self-priming impeller, and the upper layer adopts the disc turbine or propulsion impeller.
4. Selection and requirements of mixing blades
The hollow shaft structure is adopted. When the rotating speed reaches a certain speed, a vacuum state is formed around the self-priming paddle. At this time, the hydrogen at the top of the container follows the hollow shaft to the lower part of the equipment under the action of pressure, and is thrown into the material to form bubbles under the condition of high-speed rotation, so as to achieve the purpose of full mixing.
5.Catalyst filling
The general catalyst for hydrogenation reaction is palladium carbon, nickel powder or activated carbon. The catalyst generally sinks at the bottom of the equipment. The role of the propeller is to stir the catalyst from the bottom of the head and make it circulate upward along the cylinder along the inner side of the head, so that the catalyst can fully contact the materials during the reaction process, making the reaction more sufficient and more efficient.
